Images used in the free pattern maker are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers.

Your latest pattern, language preference, and analytics choice can be stored in your browser. Cloud save uploads only the generated pattern data after you sign in and choose to save it. You can delete local data through your browser settings and cloud projects from your project dashboard.

When you contact support, we store the name, email address, topic, and message you provide so we can respond and maintain a support history. For abuse prevention, a one-way hash of your network address may be retained for up to 24 hours. Support notifications are delivered through Resend, and replies are handled through our Microsoft 365 business mailbox.

Google Analytics loads with analytics storage denied by default and may send limited, cookieless measurement signals. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may use analytics storage, and we also send the SaaS Control Center random first-party visitor and session identifiers, path-only page visits, a two-letter country code, broad device and acquisition categories, the referring hostname, and optional UTM source and campaign values. Anonymous visitor events exclude full referrer URLs, raw IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, fingerprints, precise location, source photos, and pattern contents. When an authenticated visit is linked to an account, the hosting layer may separately supply its registration IP address and two-letter country code for account security, abuse prevention, and internal operations. Google may process device, browser, approximate location, and interaction information under its own privacy terms. If you decline, Google Analytics remains in denied, cookieless mode and first-party visitor analytics stay disabled.
